Irrelevant Treads

Due to the recent jump in irrelevant threads in this section - threads concerning why the server is down, those asking how to do something dealing with the forums and the server (those kind of threads belong in the How Do I? section, folks), etc. - free warnings will be handed out to any offenders of said "irrelevant posting". Feel free to take a look at the huge amount of locked threads on the first page to get more ideas for how to receive a warning.
